Padres, Phillies, Reds

Corey Brock of MLB.com says Kevin Correia (12-11; 3.91ERA) isn't going anywhere this off-season. I'm kind of puzzled why because he's only had one winning season as a pitcher (2003 3-1 with the Giants). The Padres may look into Henry Blanco and Mike Cameron. Blanco hit .235 with 6 HRs and 16 RBIs in 67 games for San Diego last season. Meanwhile, Cameron hit .250 with 24 HRs and 70 RBIs for the Brewers.

The Phillies have let SS Eric Bruntlett, Tyler Walker, Andy Tracy, and Paul Hoover go. Bruntlett is the only significant player here and played in limited spots during the 2009 season. Pedro would gladly come back to the Phillies and would love to pitch a full season says his agent.

The Reds re-signed C Ramon Hernandez(.258 5HRs and 37RBIs in 80+ games) to a 1yr/$3M deal with incentives. Hernandez lost the starting job to Ryan Hanigan last season after being obtained from the Orioles a year ago.
